About the Role

We are looking for a young, energetic and hands-on Finance & Accounts professional to manage day-to-day

finance operations across all our offices and business verticals.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, is highly organised, comfortable working across time zones

and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done. The person will work closely with internal teams,

management, clients, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure that financial processes, payments, collections,

reporting and documentation are handled efficiently and on time.

The role will also involve supporting the wider team with client servicing and operational tasks during periods of

lower finance activity, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who wants exposure to multiple aspects of a fast-growing sports and entertainment business.

Finance & Accounts Operations

Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities across all offices and business verticals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Process vendor, client and operational payments in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure invoices, bills and supporting documents are received and processed correctly.
Maintain records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist with bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance and routine accounting activities.
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax consultants and other finance partners where required.

Receivables & Collections

Track incoming payments and outstanding receivables.
Follow up proactively with clients and partners for pending payments.
Maintain accurate collections and outstanding payment trackers.
Escalate delayed or overdue payments to the relevant internal stakeholders.
Ensure incoming funds are correctly identified, recorded and reconciled.

Reporting & MIS

Prepare regular finance and management reports.
Maintain trackers for payments, receivables, expenses, reimbursements and cash flows.
Assist management with financial data and reports required for decision-making.
Support monthly and periodic financial closing activities.
Ensure financial information is accurate, organised and readily accessible.

Tally & Accounting Systems

Maintain accounting records and transactions in Tally.
Ensure invoices, expenses, payments and receipts are correctly recorded.
Assist with reconciliations and identifying discrepancies.
Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
Support improvements to internal finance processes and reporting systems.

Payroll & Employee Finance

Coordinate with the relevant internal teams and external partners for monthly payroll processing.
Assist with collecting and verifying payroll inputs.
Manage employee reimbursements and expense claims.
Verify supporting documentation and ensure reimbursements are processed within timelines.
Maintain accurate records of employee-related financial transactions.

Multi-Office & Time-Zone Coordination

Coordinate finance activities across multiple offices and geographies.
Be comfortable communicating with teams, clients and partners across different time zones.
Follow up on time-sensitive financial matters and ensure important tasks do not get delayed due to geography or working hours.
Maintain a high level of responsiveness when urgent finance matters arise.

Client Servicing & Business Support

During periods of lower finance activity, support the wider team with basic client servicing and operational responsibilities.
Assist with client communication, coordination, follow-ups and administrative requirements.
Support internal teams with event, hospitality, ticketing or other operational requirements when needed.
Be willing to take on additional responsibilities and contribute wherever the team needs support.

Ideal Candidate

Fresher with a background in Accounts/Finance OR 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or a related field preferred.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Comfortable working with Tally, Excel/Google Sheets and other basic finance tools.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Young, energetic and eager to learn.
Proactive attitude with a strong “get it done” mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Willing to work across time zones when required.
Comfortable communicating with clients, vendors and internal teams.
Willing to step outside a traditional finance role and support the broader business when required.

This role is best suited to someone who is hungry to learn, takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done.

You will have the opportunity to work across finance operations for a growing sports and entertainment business, while gaining exposure to clients, events, hospitality, ticketing, partnerships and international operations.

The ideal candidate is someone who can start with a finance task in the morning, follow up on an international payment in the afternoon, coordinate a reimbursement, help prepare a report and, when required, jump in to support the client servicing team.
