Business Development Executive (BDE) – AI & Web Solutions

About ICOGON

ICOGON is a technology company building AI-powered software and website solutions for businesses. We help businesses establish and grow their digital presence through modern websites, web applications, AI solutions, and digital services.

We are looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our sales team and help us acquire new business customers.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and generate potential business leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, email, and other channels.
Contact businesses and understand their website and digital requirements.
Explain ICOGON's website, AI, and digital solutions to potential customers.
Conduct sales calls and product demonstrations.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Maintain lead and customer information in the company's CRM/system.
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the technical/product team to understand customer requirements and project delivery.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi and basic English communication skills.
Confidence in speaking with business owners and potential customers.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work with sales targets.
Basic knowledge of websites, digital marketing, SaaS, or technology is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in sales, BDE, telecalling, SaaS sales, IT sales, or business development will be an advantage.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Incentives will be linked to sales performance and target achievement.

High performers can earn significantly more through incentives.
