International Sales Executive / Telecaller – Fine Art Marketplace

Company Overview:

PrimaFelicitas is a technology-driven company operating across AI, Blockchain, Web3, FinTech, digital products, and emerging technologies. As part of our expanding portfolio, we are developing and strengthening our Fine Art Marketplace, connecting art enthusiasts, collectors, and buyers with unique artwork and artists.

We are seeking confident, motivated, and sales-driven International Sales Executives / Telecallers who can help us expand our customer base across international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy communicating with international customers, understanding their requirements, and converting conversations into successful sales.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive International Sales Executive / Telecaller to promote and sell our Fine Art Marketplace to international clients and art enthusiasts.

The candidate will be responsible for making international calls, introducing customers to our marketplace, understanding their interests and preferences, presenting relevant artwork and marketplace offerings, handling objections, following up with prospects, and successfully converting qualified prospects into customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong convincing abilities, a sales-oriented mindset, and a good understanding of sales tactics, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques.

This is a strictly on-site role at our Noida Sector 63 office.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers across international markets and introduce our Fine Art Marketplace.
Understand customer interests, preferences, requirements, and buying intent related to fine art and artwork.
Present the marketplace, artists, artwork, collections, features, and benefits in an engaging and convincing manner.
Develop customized sales pitches based on individual customer requirements and interests.
Build strong rapport and maintain professional relationships with international customers.
Apply effective sales techniques, persuasion methods, negotiation skills, and closing strategies to convert prospects into customers.
Handle customer questions, objections, concerns, and pricing discussions professionally.
Follow up consistently with interested prospects and nurture them throughout the sales cycle.
Identify potential buyers and opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and conversions.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and successful conversion.
Stay updated with the latest artists, artwork, collections, marketplace features, and offerings.
Share customer feedback, market insights, common objections, and buying trends with the management team.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; candidates with a background in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Fine Arts, or related fields will be preferred.
1–5 years of experience in International Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Customer Acquisition.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a professional international accent and communication style.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of sales tactics, objection handling, follow-up strategies, and closing techniques.
Confident and comfortable communicating with international customers through calls.
Strong customer engagement and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented with a proven ability or willingness to work toward sales targets.
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and customize sales pitches accordingly.
Basic proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
Interest or understanding of fine art, paintings, artists, luxury products, or the art marketplace will be an added advantage.
Experience dealing with customers from the US, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, or other international markets will be preferred.

Interview Process:

All interviews will be conducted face-to-face at our Sector 63, Noida office.
The selection process may include a Sales Assessment/Written Test and In-person Interview.
Candidates may be evaluated on communication skills, sales approach, objection handling, product pitching, and customer-conversion ability.
Note: We do not conduct interviews via Skype, phone, or online platforms. Please apply only if you are available for in-office interviews and open to full-time on-site work.

Important Note:

We are strictly looking for candidates who are open to working from our Noida Sector 63 office.
Remote or hybrid working options are not available.
Candidates must be comfortable communicating with international customers through calls.
Excellent English communication and strong sales skills are essential for this position.
Candidates with experience in international sales, premium products, luxury products, e-commerce, artwork, or marketplace-based businesses will be preferred.
