We are looking for energetic, ambitious, customer-focused, and target-oriented professionals to join our team as Field Sales Executives.
The Field Sales Executive will play a key role in converting prospective customers into successful property buyers by meeting clients, understanding their requirements, conducting site visits, presenting projects professionally, following up consistently, and supporting customers throughout the sales process until booking and closure.
Job Purpose
The primary responsibility of the Field Sales Executive – Real Estate is to manage qualified customer leads, conduct property site visits, explain project features and investment benefits, build strong customer relationships, handle objections, follow up effectively, and contribute towards achieving the company's sales targets.
The role requires excellent communication skills, a strong interest in sales, willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Customer Lead Management
- Receive and handle qualified leads generated through the Telecalling and Marketing teams.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Assess customer requirements including:
- Preferred location
- Budget
- Plot or villa requirement
- Required land/building size
- Investment or self-use purpose
- Preferred timeline for purchase
- Maintain regular communication with assigned customers.
- Ensure every qualified lead receives timely attention and professional service.
2. Site Visit Management
- Coordinate with customers and schedule convenient site visit appointments.
- Confirm site visit timings and customer availability.
- Travel to project locations for customer site visits.
- Welcome and assist customers during their visit.
- Provide a complete and professional walkthrough of the project.
- Explain the layout, plot availability, road access, amenities, approvals, location advantages, connectivity, and future development potential.
- Show customers suitable plots, villas, or available units based on their requirements.
- Ensure customers have a positive and comfortable site visit experience.
- Follow up with customers immediately after the site visit.
3. Property Presentation & Sales
- Present Fortune Realty projects professionally and confidently.
- Clearly explain:
- Project location
- Property specifications
- Plot/villa sizes
- Pricing
- Payment options
- Layout features
- Road access and infrastructure
- Approvals and legal documentation, as authorized by the company
- Nearby developments
- Connectivity advantages
- Investment potential and future appreciation factors
- Highlight the unique selling points of each project.
- Match the right property options with the customer's requirements and budget.
- Guide customers towards making informed purchase decisions.
4. Sales Conversion & Closing
- Build trust and confidence with prospective customers.
- Understand customer concerns and objections.
- Handle objections professionally relating to:
- Price
- Location
- Budget
- Payment
- Family approval
- Comparison with other properties
- Timing of purchase
- Investment returns
- Provide relevant information and solutions within the company's approved sales guidelines.
- Follow up consistently with interested customers.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager for negotiation and closure support when required.
- Assist in converting customer interest into bookings and successful sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide prompt responses to customer calls and messages.
- Maintain professionalism and transparency in all customer interactions.
- Keep customers informed about relevant project updates, offers, availability, and opportunities.
- Support customers throughout the booking and documentation process in coordination with the concerned internal teams.
- Encourage satisfied customers to provide referrals and recommendations.
6. Follow-Up & Lead Conversion
- Maintain systematic follow-ups with every assigned customer.
- Identify leads based on their level of interest, such as:
- Hot Leads
- Warm Leads
- Future Prospects
- Prepare appropriate follow-up strategies for different categories of customers.
- Ensure no valuable lead is missed due to delayed communication.
- Update customer interactions and next follow-up dates regularly.
- Work closely with the Telecalling team to ensure continuous lead nurturing.
7. Coordination With Internal Teams
- Coordinate with the Telecalling team regarding customer requirements and appointment schedules.
- Share customer feedback and site visit outcomes with the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team regarding new campaigns, offers, and project updates.
- Work with the Documentation and Accounts teams during the booking process when required.
- Attend daily, weekly, and monthly sales review meetings.
- Participate actively in product training and sales development programs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be measured based on:
- Number of customer meetings attended
- Number of site visits conducted
- Site visit attendance and conversion rate
- Follow-up consistency
- Qualified opportunities generated
- Number of bookings achieved
- Monthly sales value/revenue

Compensation & Incentives
Fixed Salary: Based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.
