We are looking for enthusiastic, organized, and detail-oriented individuals who are eager to begin their careers in client relationship management and operational coordination.

Role Purpose

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing post-sales client communication, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery, maintaining accurate CRM records, and following up on pending payments. This role acts as a bridge between clients and various operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience after the sale.

Roles & Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients after bookings are confirmed.

* Maintain professional communication with B2B clients regarding services, bookings, and payment status.

* Build positive relationships by ensuring timely responses and effective coordination.
Payment Follow-up

* Follow up with clients for pending payments through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

* Maintain records of outstanding payments and scheduled follow-ups.

* Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment confirmations and updates.

After-Sales Coordination

* Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure promised services are delivered.

* Track pending client requests until they are successfully completed.

* Update clients regarding the status of their requests whenever required.

CRM & Documentation

* Maintain accurate client information and communication history in the CRM system.

* Record customer interactions, commitments, complaints, and resolutions.

* Prepare daily and weekly reports related to payment follow-ups and service coordination.

Sales Coordination Support

* Assist in booking confirmations and availability checks.

* Support rate reconciliation and booking coordination.

* Update payment records based on bank statements and FMS entries.

* Coordinate commission payment requests from travel agents and corporate partners.

* Respond to customer service-related messages.

* Assist in OTA profile updates and website inventory coordination.

Process Coordination

* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of operational processes.

* Escalate payment issues, service delays, or client concerns to the reporting manager.

* Ensure all client commitments are properly documented and completed within timelines.

Desired Skills

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

* Ability to multitask and coordinate with different departments.

* Good organizational and time management skills.

* Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
