Location: Near Shaniwar Wada, Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the organization.
Create and publish job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, Apna, and other recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and other relevant hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads and ensure smooth interview processes.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Coordinate salary discussions, candidate negotiations, and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring pipelines accurately.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per the company's hiring requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring requirements.
Track recruitment performance, including applications received, shortlisted candidates, interviews conducted, selections, and joining ratios.
Identify the most effective recruitment platforms and sourcing channels based on hiring results.
Conduct market research to understand candidate availability, salary trends, and hiring competition for different roles.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and prepare suitable recruitment strategies.
Follow up with selected candidates regularly to ensure smooth joining and minimize offer dropouts.
Focus majorly on hiring candidates & always make sure there are enough candidates in the bucket to proceed further.

Employee Onboarding & Induction

Complete joining formalities and employee documentation.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Conduct employee induction and company orientation.
Coordinate workstation, email, and access requirements for new employees.
Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

HR Operations & Employee Records

Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, and employee records.
Track probation periods and confirmation processes.
Update employee databases and HRMIS records.
Maintain confidential employee information accurately.

Performance Management

Coordinate monthly employee performance reviews.
Maintain KPI and performance tracking records.
Follow up with department heads for performance reports.
Support implementation of employee improvement plans.
Maintain appraisal and increment records.

Employee Engagement & Culture

Organize employee engagement activities.
Plan birthday celebrations, team events, and recognition programs.
Support employee welfare initiatives.
Maintain healthy workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.

Payroll & Compliance Support

Prepare attendance and payroll input reports.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for salary processing.
Maintain employee statutory records.
Support PF, ESIC, PT, and compliance-related documentation.
Coordinate with external consultants whenever required.

Office Administration

Manage office administration activities.
Maintain office assets and employee asset allocation records.
Coordinate housekeeping, pantry, internet, and facility management.
Manage stationery and office supplies inventory.
Ensure office infrastructure is maintained properly.
Coordinate vendor requirements related to office administration.

HR Reporting & Documentation

Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports.
Track employee turnover and retention metrics.
Maintain policy documents and employee handbooks.
Ensure HR documentation is audit-ready.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
Experience in end-to-end hiring and employee coordination.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance will be an advantage.
