JUNIOR ARCHITECT
#Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented *Junior Architect* to support the design and development of residential and commercial projects. The candidate will work closely with senior architects and the design team to prepare drawings, 3D visualizations, presentations, and construction documentation.
# Key Responsibilities
* Assist in developing *concept designs, floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings*.
* Prepare and modify *AutoCAD architectural drawings* based on project requirements.
* Develop *3D models, views, and presentations* using relevant architectural software.
* Assist in preparing *working drawings and construction details*.
* Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
* Assist in *site visits, measurements, and site inspections*.
* Incorporate design changes and client requirements into drawings.
* Prepare *material boards, mood boards, presentations, and architectural brochures*.
* Ensure drawings are accurate and comply with project standards and applicable regulations.
* Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams when required.
* Maintain organized project files, drawings, and documentation.
* Support senior architects throughout the project lifecycle.
# Required Skills
* Good knowledge of *AutoCAD*.
* Basic to good knowledge of *SketchUp / Revit / 3ds Max* or equivalent software.
* Knowledge of *Photoshop, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar rendering software* is an advantage.
* Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
* Strong design sense and attention to detail.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
# Qualification & Experience
* **B.Arch
* *0–3 years of relevant experience*.
* Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio may also apply.
# Preferred
* Strong architectural portfolio.
* Knowledge of residential architecture and interior coordination.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Willingness to visit project sites when required.
SENIOR ARCHITECT
### Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and responsible *Senior Architect* to lead architectural design development and coordinate projects from concept through execution. The candidate should have strong design, technical, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to lead a team and communicate effectively with clients and consultants.
### Key Responsibilities
* Lead the *conceptualization and development of architectural projects*.
* Develop design concepts, plans, elevations, sections, façade designs, and detailed drawings.
* Review and approve architectural drawings prepared by junior architects and draftsmen.
* Prepare and oversee *working drawings, construction details, and documentation*.
* Coordinate with *structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants*.
* Conduct design reviews and ensure drawings are technically accurate and coordinated.
* Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and present design proposals.
* Attend *site meetings and inspections* and resolve architectural issues during construction.
* Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
* Monitor project progress against design intent, quality, and timelines.
* Guide and mentor junior architects and CAD draftsmen.
* Review material selections, finishes, façade elements, and architectural detailing.
* Assist in preparing *BOQs, specifications, material schedules, and tender documentation* when required.
* Ensure projects comply with applicable *building codes, regulations, and approval requirements*.
* Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
* Identify design and execution issues and provide practical architectural solutions.
### Required Skills
* Excellent knowledge of *AutoCAD and architectural detailing*.
* Strong knowledge of *Revit / SketchUp / 3ds Max* or equivalent BIM/3D software.
* Knowledge of *V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop*, or other visualization tools.
* Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
* Good knowledge of architectural coordination and documentation.
* Strong design development and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple consultants.
* Strong attention to detail and quality.
### Qualification & Experience
* *B.Arch / M.Arch / equivalent architectural qualification*.
* *5+ years of relevant architectural experience*.
* Experience in residential, commercial, villa, or real-estate projects preferred.
### Preferred
* Strong portfolio demonstrating completed architectural projects.
* Experience handling projects from *concept to construction*.
* Client-facing experience and strong presentation skills.
* Experience leading junior architects and CAD teams.
* Knowledge of local building regulations and approval processes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
