Who We Are
Boston Consulting Group partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG was the pioneer in business strategy when it was founded in 1963. Today, we help clients with total transformation-inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact.
To succeed, organizations must blend digital and human capabilities. Our diverse, global teams bring deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting along with technology and design, corporate and digital ventures—and business purpose. We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Analyst (SA) with the ValueScience® Center (VSC), Client-Focused track, you will provide hands-on corporate finance and valuation expertise to consulting teams – developing Total Shareholder Return (TSR) and financial diagnostics, building from scratch and stress-testing 3-statement financial models, and running scenario and sensitivity modelling to support client decision-making. You will translate your analysis into clear client insights, and guide case teams on core CFS concepts, acting as a thought partner in brainstorming and problem-solving discussions.
You will work as part of a growing global team across Singapore, India, North America, Europe and Middle East, deployed on case and proposal work for more than 55% of your time. Regular travel to client sites should be expected during staffing assignments, as you work onsite – alongside consulting team members, as well as client stakeholders directly – to understand requirements and help design and deliver solutions.
Beyond casework, you are also comfortable with GenAI and agentic ways of working – for example, building skills using Claude Code to accelerate analysis and modelling, and contributing to reusable tools and client assets.
The Profile
We are looking for someone who combines technical rigor with genuine curiosity about the “so what” – someone who does not just execute a model correctly, but pushes to understand what it means for the client's decision, and says so clearly.
You are comfortable being in the room with clients early – not just supporting from behind the scenes, but building the confidence to walk stakeholders through your own analysis, take questions, and hold your own when challenged on the numbers.
You manage your own workload with minimal hand-holding: you flag issues before they become problems, keep people informed without being asked, and know when to escalate versus when to solve it yourself.
You are a natural collaborator – someone who explains the “why” behind an approach rather than just the “how,” and contributes to a positive, supportive team environment.
And you bring care to how you communicate: written work that is clear and nearly client-ready the first time, and a manner in meetings that is confident without needing to dominate the room.
