Candidate Requirements

Graduate from any stream.
Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
Good English communication skills – speaking, reading and writing.
Basic knowledge of email communication and job portals.
Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Good candidate-handling and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and tasks simultaneously.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment timelines.
Typing speed of 30+ WPM preferred.
Candidates with prior experience in hospitality recruitment or hotel HR will be preferred.

We are looking for a dynamic, confident and organized HR Recruiter / HR Executive to join our HR team and support recruitment and HR coordination across our hotel properties.

About the Role

The HR Recruiter / HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring, onboarding and HR process coordination for various hotel departments.

This is a great opportunity for candidates looking to build their career in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Understand manpower requirements from departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage (F&B), Kitchen, Security, Sales and Administration.
Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, Job Hai, employee referrals, recruitment agencies and other hiring channels.
Draft and post job vacancies on relevant job portals and recruitment platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications, experience, communication skills and job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with HODs, Department Heads and Management.
Schedule interviews and ensure timely collection of interview feedback.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate candidate selection, salary discussions, offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on open positions, interviews, selections and joining status.

HR Coordination & Employee Onboarding

Coordinate the complete joining and onboarding process for new employees.
Ensure completion of joining documentation and employee records.
Coordinate requirements such as uniforms, ID cards, lockers, induction and department allocation.
Maintain and update employee master data, personnel files and HR records.
Track probation completion, training schedules, appraisal dates and other HR activities.
Coordinate with different departments to resolve employee-related process requirements.
Support the HR team in day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.
