Deloitte USI Center for Analytics, Insights and Reporting team (CAIR) – Client and Industry (C&I) Support
Looking for a candidate who can provide support to US and USI leads and internal stakeholders on various C&I activities. Someone who has a flair for project management, generating insights, creating executive ready presentations, and process optimization. Candidate with experience in process automation, data analysis/visualization and reporting will be preferred.

Work you’ll do:
Senior Analyst will independently manage assigned workstreams supporting US and USI leaders and internal stakeholders across all project activities, including project management, operational reporting, business insights, process optimization, stakeholder coordination, and leadership-ready communications and presentations. The role requires strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, ability to translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into clear actions, and a continuous-improvement mindset. Share knowledge, templates, and process context with peers or new team members, as needed.
Responsibility includes but are not limited to the following:

Own assigned workstreams independently from intake through delivery, including clarifying requirements, defining action plans, tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and proactively escalating risks or timeline changes to ensure consistent, high quality and on-time delivery

Translate stakeholders asks into structured requirements, action plans, trackers, and deliverables that are easy for senior stakeholders to review and act on.

Contribute to larger/complex projects by owning defined components such as reporting, data validation, operational planning, leadership materials, readiness checklists, or follow-up tracking.
- Develop stakeholder-ready dashboards, reports, summaries, and narratives across areas such as headcount, budget, compliance, operations, account validation, and project outcomes.
- Support leaders with preparation for leadership connects, PPMD discussions, working sessions, and stakeholder meetings by creating briefing materials, agendas, talking points, run-of-show plans, and action trackers.

Build compelling, executive ready power point presentations including storyboarding narratives with guidance from leadership
- Distill complex analysis into clear, concise, visually intuitive slides
- Build and strengthen relationships with primary stakeholders by maintaining clear communication, proactive follow-through, and reliable delivery hygiene; serving as a trusted point of contact and thought partner who offers perspective, constructively challenges assumptions, and helps shape deliverables.

Collaborate across teams to align on approach, bring structure to ambiguity, and drive consensus on how problems are defined and solved
- Identify recurring process inefficiencies and recommend opportunities for automation, standardization, dashboarding, or improved governance across assigned projects.
Skillsets required:

Proficient in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and GenAI usage

Strong analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to operate effectively without a clearly defined roadmap and bring structure to ambiguous situations

Excellent written & oral communication skills; with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences
- Effective presentation and story boarding skills; strong ability to build polished, narrative-driven decks and design visuals, with exposure to senior level presentations

Good client management and relationship building abilities

Capable of quickly, regularly, and independently learning new technologies while working on the high-profile project deliverables

Self-motivated and strong team player. Highly developed personal and professional ethics
Qualifications:

MBA/master’s degree in Statistics, Commerce, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics

3–5 years of relevant experience in business operations, reporting, analytics, PMO/project coordination, stakeholder support, strategy support, or insights/reporting roles.

Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to structure data, perform analysis, create executive-ready summaries, and build polished stakeholder deliverables.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to convert complex/ambiguous asks into structured requirements, crisp narratives, and action-oriented outputs.

Working knowledge of data visualization/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau; ability to interpret dashboards and define reporting requirements.

Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, quality checks, stakeholder follow-ups, and multiple workstreams with limited day-to-day supervision.

Experience working with US stakeholders, virtual teams, and cross-functional groups.
