HamaraGharr Vastu is building modern, practical, and easy-to-use Vastu solutions for today's homes, offices, and businesses.

Our products are designed to make Vastu more accessible through self-use solutions, innovative product concepts, Vastu kits, wall décor, paintings, and other Vastu-based products.

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven E-Commerce Vastu Product Manager who can take ownership of our product portfolio and help us build, launch, improve, and scale products across our e-commerce business.

Role Overview

The E-Commerce Vastu Product Manager will be responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle—from product research and concept development to sourcing, product positioning, launch, listing, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.

This is not just a coordination role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, identify opportunities, understand customer needs, work closely with multiple teams, and help build products that customers genuinely want to buy.

The ideal candidate should be commercially minded, creative, analytical, and highly organized, with a strong understanding of e-commerce products, marketplaces, consumer behavior, and product growth.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle, from product idea to launch and growth.
Research market trends, customer needs, competitors, product categories, and new opportunities.
Identify and develop new Vastu-related products, kits, décor products, gifting products, and other scalable e-commerce opportunities.
Work closely with management to develop product concepts, features, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, designers, packaging vendors, and internal teams for product development.
Manage product samples, quality checks, product specifications, packaging, and final approvals.
Ensure products are commercially viable, differentiated, customer-focused, and aligned with the HamaraGharr Vastu brand.
Develop clear product USPs, benefits, product stories, and positioning in coordination with the marketing and content teams.
Work with creative teams to develop product images, videos, packaging, listings, and other sales assets.
Create and manage product listings across our website and relevant e-commerce marketplaces.
Ensure product titles, descriptions, specifications, keywords, images, and other listing content are accurate and conversion-focused.
Monitor product performance, including sales, conversion rates, customer feedback, returns, reviews, and profitability.
Identify product issues and improvement opportunities based on customer feedback and sales data.
Recommend improvements to product design, packaging, pricing, bundles, offers, and positioning.
Develop product bundles, upsells, cross-sells, and new revenue opportunities.
Coordinate product launches with marketing, performance marketing, social media, operations, and customer support teams.
Monitor competitors and identify emerging trends and opportunities in the Vastu, home décor, wellness, spiritual, and related consumer product categories.
Track inventory requirements and coordinate with operations to ensure product availability.
Maintain product documentation, specifications, pricing, margins, supplier details, and development timelines.
Help build efficient systems and processes for product research, development, launch, and management.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who can go beyond simply managing existing products and actively contribute to building the future product portfolio of HamaraGharr Vastu.

The ideal candidate should be able to think like a combination of a:

Product Manager | E-Commerce Strategist | Consumer Researcher | Commercial Thinker | Problem Solver

You should be comfortable taking ownership, working across multiple teams, managing several priorities, and turning an idea into a successful product.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in E-Commerce Product Management, Product Development, Category Management, Brand Management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of consumer products and the e-commerce ecosystem.
Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, or other e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of product research, competitor analysis, customer behavior, and market trends.
Ability to identify product opportunities and develop them into commercially viable products.
Experience coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, designers, packaging vendors, and internal teams.
Strong understanding of product pricing, margins, profitability, and commercial decision-making.
Ability to analyze sales data, conversion performance, customer feedback, and product performance.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously.
Experience with product listing optimization and conversion-focused content will be an advantage.
An interest in Vastu, home décor, spirituality, wellness, or consumer lifestyle products is preferred but not mandatory.
