Designation: Regional Manager of Supply & Network for RSA Business Unit
Experience: 5-10 years Type of Employment: Full Time, Permanent
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore Role Overview
The Regional Manager – Supply & Network will own the complete supply network and operational readiness of ReadyAssist within the assigned territory. This is a high-calibre field leadership role, not a conventional vendor-management position. The RM will effectively taking complete ownership of network availability, skill coverage, partner activation, order acceptance, fulfilment, quality, cost, and partner discipline. The role requires extensive on-ground presence, continuous market mapping, aggressive partner onboarding, relationship building, operational problem-solving, and 24×7 supply management. The ultimate objective is simple: Ensure ReadyAssist has the right service provider, with the right skill, at the right location, at the right time — 24×7, 365 days a year — to fulfil every eligible RSA order within SLA.
The person we are looking for: A hunter, builder and operator who can walk into a market, understand the supply gap, find the right partners, negotiate, onboard, activate them, and build a reliable 24×7 supply network. Someone who does not wait for supply problems to appear on a dashboard — they go to the ground and solve them.

Proven experience in on-ground partner acquisition and network expansion. Experience managing large and geographically distributed service-provider ecosystems. Experience in an on-demand, SLA-driven business is strongly preferred.
Experience in RSA, automotive, mobility, logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, food delivery, or similar businesses will be an advantage. Strong understanding of dashboards, operational technology, partner platforms, and data-driven execution.
