Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in both static and video editing and a genuine interest in learning, creating, and growing within a fast-paced digital agency environment.

This role is suited to someone with a fresh creative perspective, strong technical skills, and the patience and eagerness to develop their craft through diverse projects, feedback, collaboration, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and other creative requirements.
Work across static and video editing, adapting creative ideas across different formats and platforms.
Translate briefs and creative directions into thoughtful, visually strong design solutions.
Receive, understand, and apply feedback constructively while being open to refining your work.
Manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and maintain consistency and attention to detail.
Continuously explore new design techniques, tools, trends, and creative approaches.

Qualifications:

0–2 years of experience in graphic design. A strong portfolio, technical ability, attitude towards work, and willingness to learn matter more.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
Strong technical understanding of static and video editing.
Proficiency in relevant design and editing software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects or equivalent motion-design tools is a plus.
Good visual sense, attention to detail, and an understanding of composition, typography, colour, and layout.
A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from senior team members and peers.
Good time management and the ability to stay organised across multiple assignments.
A clear sense of what you want to build as a designer, along with the patience and commitment to grow towards it.
