Bengaluru, India (Full Time)

As a Creative Director at Think Tree Media House, you will lead the agency’s creative vision across branding, digital campaigns, social media, and integrated marketing initiatives. You’ll inspire multidisciplinary creative teams, oversee creative excellence, and build ideas that deliver measurable business impact for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

Creative Leadership

Lead the creative vision and direction across all client and internal projects.
Inspire and mentor multidisciplinary creative teams, including copywriters, content strategists, content creators, web development, and performance marketing.
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Ensure every creative output aligns with Think Tree Media House’s quality standards.

Creative Strategy & Concept Development

Translate client briefs into compelling creative strategies and campaign concepts.
Develop integrated 360° campaigns across digital, social media, video, branding, and experiential platforms.
Lead brainstorming sessions and encourage innovative thinking across teams.
Ensure creative ideas effectively communicate client objectives and business goals.

Campaign Direction

Provide creative direction for:
- Branding projects
- Video productions
- Digital advertising
- Website creatives
- Print and marketing collateral
Ensure campaigns maintain consistency across all touchpoints.

Client Collaboration

Participate in client meetings to understand business challenges and project objectives.
Present creative concepts and campaign ideas confidently to clients.
Incorporate client feedback while maintaining creative integrity.
Build long-term client relationships through strategic creative leadership.

Team Management & Mentorship

Lead, coach, and develop the creative team.
Conduct regular creative reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Identify skill gaps and recommend learning and development opportunities.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations of creative team members.

Quality Assurance

Maintain high standards of creativity, design, storytelling, and execution.
Review all major deliverables for quality, consistency, and accuracy before submission.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines without compromising creative excellence.

Business Development Support

Contribute creative ideas for new business pitches and proposals.
Develop compelling pitch presentations and case studies.
Partner with the Business Development and Client Servicing teams during proposal development.
Showcase Think Tree Media House’s creative capabilities to prospective clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with:
- Client Servicing
- Strategy Team
- Digital Marketing Team
- Production Team
- Influencer Marketing Team
- Business Development Team
Ensure seamless execution across departments.

Innovation & Industry Awareness

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, AI-powered creative tools, and consumer behavior.
Introduce new creative techniques, workflows, and best practices.
Encourage experimentation and innovation within the creative team.

Project & Resource Management

Prioritize multiple projects across different clients and teams.
Allocate creative resources effectively to ensure workload balance.
Collaborate with project managers and client servicing teams to meet deadlines and budgets.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

Monitor creative performance and campaign effectiveness.
Analyze project outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Drive initiatives that enhance team productivity and creative quality.

Great to Have

5+ years of experience in an advertising agency, creative agency, or digital marketing agency.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, digital creatives, and visual storytelling.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects; Premiere Pro is a plus).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and branding.
Experience directing photo and video shoots.
Ability to conceptualize campaigns from idea to execution.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is an added advantage.
