We are looking for confident and communication-focused professionals to join our International Operations and Business Development Team.

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and fluent International Pre Sales Executive to communicate with overseas prospects and clients through inbound and outbound calls.

The role will primarily involve international calling, lead generation, initial requirement understanding, lead qualification, appointment setting, and coordination with the business development team.

The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English, clear pronunciation, strong listening skills, and the confidence to communicate professionally with customers from different countries.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Calling & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to international prospects and potential business customers.
Handle inbound calls from overseas customers professionally.
Introduce the company and its steel product range to prospective customers.
Identify potential business opportunities through international calling.
Understand the customer's basic business and product requirements.
Generate and qualify genuine business inquiries.

2. Lead Qualification

Collect relevant information from prospective customers, including:
Company name
Contact person and designation
Product requirement
Approximate quantity
Required specification
Destination/country
Expected purchase timeline
Identify decision-makers and potential business opportunities.
Categorize leads based on their requirement and potential.
Transfer qualified leads to the concerned Sales/Business Development Executive.

3. Appointment & Meeting Coordination

Schedule calls, online meetings, and appointments between qualified prospects and the concerned sales team.
Coordinate suitable meeting times according to international time zones.
Confirm meeting details and ensure accurate communication with the sales team.
Share relevant customer information before scheduled meetings.

4. Customer Communication

Communicate professionally with customers from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
Answer basic queries about the company and product categories.
Handle initial customer objections professionally.
Avoid making unauthorized commitments regarding pricing, delivery, payment terms, or product specifications.
Escalate technical and commercial queries to the appropriate team.

5. CRM & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of international prospects and customer interactions in CRM software.
Update call outcomes, lead status, customer requirements, and appointment details.
Prepare daily calling and lead-generation reports.
Maintain accurate international customer databases.
Track connected calls, qualified leads, appointments, and leads transferred to the sales team.

6. Internal Coordination

Coordinate with the International Sales and Business Development teams.
Ensure qualified leads are transferred with complete and accurate information.
Communicate important customer requirements to the concerned team.
Support the business development team in generating new international opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies

Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation.
Neutral or internationally understandable accent preferred.
Strong listening and comprehension skills.
Confidence in speaking with international customers over the phone.
Professional telephone etiquette.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good questioning and lead-qualification abilities.
Ability to handle objections professionally.
Strong data-entry and CRM management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and internet applications.
Ability to work with international time zones when required.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline preferred.
1–3 years of experience in International sales, product sales, International Customer Support, International Telecalling, Lead Generation, Lead Qualification, or Client Coordination.
Candidates with experience communicating with customers from the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, Europe, or Southeast Asia will have an advantage.
Freshers with excellent spoken English and confidence in communicating with international customers may also be considered.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a voice-based role and making outbound international calls.
