Full job description

Performance Marketing & Digital Marketing Executive

Company: Terminally Happy Tours & Travels
Location: Kolkata – Work From Office
Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a hands-on and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to take complete ownership of our digital marketing activities and help generate qualified leads and bookings for our travel business.

The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns independently from scratch, with strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display and Performance Max.
Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Generate qualified leads for domestic and international travel packages.
Monitor and optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate and campaign ROI.
Set up and manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and Meta Pixel.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Handle basic SEO and Google Search Console activities.
Manage and improve our social media presence on Instagram and Facebook.
Develop content ideas for travel reels, posts, stories and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with the team for creatives, offers and destination campaigns.
Manage and optimize our website/WordPress content from a digital marketing perspective.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Continuously test new audiences, creatives, keywords, offers and campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.

What We Are Looking For

1–3 years of practical experience in digital/performance marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Understanding of lead-generation campaigns and conversion tracking.
Good knowledge of SEO, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
Ability to independently execute campaigns rather than only coordinate with agencies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Canva and social media content creation is preferred.
Travel, tourism, hospitality or e-commerce experience will be an advantage.

Important

We are looking for someone with practical campaign experience, not someone who has only completed digital marketing courses or certifications.

Candidates should be able to explain campaigns they have personally managed, including their strategy, budget, targeting, CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions and optimization process.
