About You

We are looking for a visionary and strategic professional to join our team as a Data Analytics Lead for India. You will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of our data analytics capabilities across our India business.

You excel at designing and leading innovative measurement programs, providing strategic insights and guidance for clients across industries. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our data analytics discipline in India, demonstrating the value of our work, and supporting new business efforts across both existing and prospective client initiatives.

What You Do

As the Data Analytics Lead, you will be responsible for leading research, analytics, measurement, and data strategy across Archetype India. Your success will be measured by your ability to use data and intelligence to build robust analytics frameworks, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver strategic insights that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Strategic Leadership

Ø Lead strategic thinking across Archetype’s three India offices, pushing boundaries and setting new standards for data and analytics.

Ø Develop and refine advanced data analytics, measurement, and research frameworks tailored to the needs of the India market.

Ø Innovate and enhance services that demonstrate the tangible impact of our work on client success, ensuring measurable outcomes.

Ø Propel new business efforts with strategic insights and guidance, helping drive growth across the India business.

Client Engagement

Ø Partner with clients to craft and implement effective data-driven strategies that deliver measurable results.

Ø Spearhead new business pitches from concept to delivery, showcasing strong strategic thinking and proven expertise in business generation.

Ø Provide compelling strategic insights and manage client relationships, strengthening our POV, positioning, strategy, and ideation.

Ø Work closely with account teams across India on measurement updates and strategic recommendations, ensuring alignment and impact.

Insights and Reporting

Ø Conduct comprehensive social listening programs, delivering strategic insights and updates that inform client strategies.

Ø Lead monthly and quarterly reporting, focusing on key metrics such as coverage volume, sentiment analysis, share of voice, and social media engagement.

Ø Design innovative ways to measure campaign impact and demonstrate the value of our work to clients.

Ø Provide actionable insights from measurement programs, helping shape client strategies and achieve business objectives.

Research and Analysis

Ø Direct research projects that support account teams and client initiatives across India, leveraging deep knowledge of data sources and research platforms.

Ø Offer valuable insights on social media strategies, influencer engagement, competitor audits, industry trends, and changing audience behaviour.

Ø Uncover trends and media opportunities through detailed conversation and data analysis, helping drive strategic decisions.

Team Collaboration and Training

Ø Work closely with teams across India, and where relevant with regional and global colleagues, to develop effective measurement strategies and ensure cohesive outcomes.

Ø Train teams on tools such as Brandwatch, Signal AI, and Quid, equipping them to draw actionable insights and drive client success.

Ø Build stronger data literacy across account teams and help embed analytics into day-to-day client counsel.

Ø Enhance digital marketing, influencer, social, and brand campaign tracking, developing valued services that can be scaled and monetized.

New Business Support

Ø Support new business pitches with thorough research, market intelligence, data-led storytelling, and compelling client presentations.

Ø Offer strategic insights that strengthen business development efforts and identify new opportunities for growth across India.

Ø Partner with leadership and account teams to demonstrate the value of data and analytics as a differentiator for Archetype India.

What You Offer

Minimum 6–8 years of strategic and analytical experience within PR, marketing, consulting, research, media, and/or technology/e-commerce companies.

You are a strategic problem solver who can break down ambiguous problems and apply a first-principles approach to solving them.

You are able to work independently and autonomously, taking the initiative to drive projects forward.

You are highly analytical and metrics-focused, capable of executing complex analyses, defining KPIs, and reporting on performance across clients and the business.

You are a strong communicator who can clearly convey actionable insights and collaborate effectively across teams and senior stakeholders.

Strong understanding of the Indian media, digital, consumer, and communications landscape.

Advanced experience with Excel and Google Sheets.

Proficiency in data visualization tools.

Expertise in utilizing third-party tools for data exploration, social listening, research, and analysis.

Proficiency in a coding language such as SQL or Python is strongly preferred.
