Job Title: HR Trainee

Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Executive
Location: MAGJ Hospital

Job Summary:

The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment activities, employee documentation, and compliance-related tasks. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who wish to gain hands-on experience in hospital HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment processes including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee files, attendance records, and HR databases
Support preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs
Assist in payroll data preparation and leave management
Handle employee queries and provide basic HR support
Support statutory compliance documentation as guided by the HR team
Assist in organizing trainings, meetings, and HR events
Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the reporting manager

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Postgraduate in MBA (HR), MHA or related field
Freshers or candidates with internship experience preferred
Basic knowledge of HR concepts and labor laws is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and documentation skills
Willingness to learn and adapt
Attention to detail
Professional attitude and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
