Job Description – Full Stack Developer

Position: Full Stack Developer
Experience: 2–5 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Delhi
Department: IT

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing modern web applications using React, Angular, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development and should be comfortable working across the complete application lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Develop responsive and scalable web applications using React.js and Angular.
Design and develop backend applications and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core / .NET Core.
Build secure, scalable, and high-performance application architecture.
Design, develop, and optimize SQL Server databases, tables, views, stored procedures, and queries.
Integrate frontend applications with backend REST APIs.
Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control, and application security.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code.
Debug and resolve application issues, performance problems, and production bugs.
Work with third-party APIs and external service integrations.
Develop reusable UI components and maintain consistent application design.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and code reviews.
Participate in requirement analysis, technical discussions, and solution design.
Work with Git-based version control and follow proper branching and code management practices.
Deploy and maintain applications in development, staging, and production environments.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, project managers, and other developers.
Maintain technical documentation wherever required.

Required Technical SkillsFrontend

Education

Relevant practical development experience may be considered in place of a formal degree.

Experience

2–5 years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in:

React / Angular + ASP.NET Core + SQL Server

Candidates should have experience working on real-world applications rather than only academic or tutorial-based projects.
