About the Role

We are seeking a CA Inter Qualified Executive to join our finance & accounts team. The role involves managing core accounting functions, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and supporting audits while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger management.

Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards.

Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.

Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Contribute to process improvements and ERP/automation initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

CA Inter Qualified (Mandatory).

2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance.

Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Compliance.

Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Attributes

Exposure to corporate finance, statutory audit, or compliance.

Experience in educational institutions / corporate groups (added advantage).

Detail-oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines.

### Salary will be commensurate with experience and prevailing market standards
