We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Salesforce Analyst / Developer to join our Biz Apps team. This is a senior individual contributor role that combines business analysis, solution design, platform administration, and hands-on Salesforce development to support core business processes and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Demand Generation stakeholders to understand business needs, improve processes, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor on SFDC capabilities, integrations, and platform best practices while owning workstreams from intake and design through testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Success in this role will come from strong technical depth, sound judgment, and the ability to influence outcomes through expertise, collaboration, and execution.

Collaborate with SMEs to gain a comprehensive understanding of current business processes.

Make data-driven decisions and propose systematic process improvements.

Become the go-to expert for Gigamon’s SFDC functionality, integrations, and limitations.

Provide daily support and ownership of SFDC for our Marketing, Sales, and Demand Gen team super users.

Lead the SFDC implementation board for Demand Gen Ops.

Manage the requirements of the intake process from initial discussions to the delivery of solutions.

Gather and document system enhancement requests, and design, develop, and validate solutions.

Organize user acceptance testing and support change management efforts.

Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions using a mix of declarative configuration and custom development.

Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, security, and reporting.

Develop and support integrations, connected applications, APIs, and cross-system data flows.

Troubleshoot platform, integration, and data issues, and drive root cause analysis and resolution.

Support release management activities, testing coordination, deployments, and post-release validation.

Create and maintain clear functional and technical documentation, including requirements, solution designs, process flows, and support procedures.

Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and recommend improvements aligned with business priorities and long-term platform strategy.

7+ years of experience supporting Salesforce and related enterprise applications, including hands-on experience managing SFDC implementations, in Sales and Marketing environments.

Salesforce administration certification or equivalent experience is essential.

Familiarity with Marketing Systems is a plus.

A strong ability to identify and address root causes of issues, implementing forward-thinking solutions based on thorough analysis.

Proven experience collaborating with and influencing various stakeholders to make informed business decisions.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including Flow, validation rules, page layouts, record types, security, and reporting.

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model design, automation, environment management, and platform best practices.

Experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using a mix of configuration and code.

Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Experience, and Salesforce release management practices is strongly preferred.

Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with marketing systems and other enterprise applications is highly desirable.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills across business processes, platform behavior, integrations, and data quality issues.

Experience working in a techno-functional capacity, balancing stakeholder communication with hands-on solution design and delivery.

Experience working in Agile or similar delivery environments is preferred.

Salesforce Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, or other relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
