Validate deployment logic, assignment targeting, dependencies, and rollback strategies.
Improve deployment reliability and reduce failure rates.
Own endpoint security configuration including compliance baselines, device restrictions, and integration with Microsoft Defender.
Partner with Security teams to address vulnerability management and Zero Trust initiatives.
Lead OS update and upgrade strategies for Windows and mobile platforms.
Troubleshoot recurring deployment, policy, and compliance issues and implement systemic fixes.
Act as L4 escalation point for complex Intune-related issues including enrollment failures, policy conflicts, application deployment issues, and compliance gaps.

Develop advanced PowerShell and automation solutions to improve device management, reporting, and remediation.
Identify opportunities to integrate automation and AI-driven remediation into endpoint workflows.
Drive operational efficiency through proactive engineering and intelligent automation solutions.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience with endpoint management, including strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune.
