About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Program Manager to lead the implementation of Coding, Computer Science, STEM, Robotics, and AI programs across partner schools.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for mentoring teachers. This role involves program implementation, teacher professional development, school relationship management, classroom support, and continuous monitoring to ensure high-quality delivery of academic programs.
Key Responsibilities
Program Implementation & School Coordination
- Lead the implementation of Coding, Computer Science, STEM, Robotics, and AI programs across partner schools.
- Coordinate with principals, academic coordinators, and teachers to ensure smooth execution of programs.
- Plan implementation schedules, training calendars, and academic activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of curriculum, learning resources, and assessments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner schools and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless program execution.
Teacher Training & Professional Development
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct teacher induction programs and professional development workshops.
- Deliver engaging online and offline training sessions on Coding, STEM, Robotics, AI, and Computer Science.
- Train teachers on Python, Scratch, Arduino, computational thinking, project-based learning, and classroom best practices.
- Support teachers in lesson planning, classroom implementation, and effective technology integration.
- Provide continuous academic and technical mentoring to teachers.
Classroom Support & Academic Excellence
- Conduct demonstration classes and support teachers during classroom implementation.
- Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with academic standards and learning outcomes.
- Observe classroom sessions and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Resolve academic and technical issues faced by teachers during implementation.
LMS & Technology Support
- Support teachers with LMS onboarding, account setup, and platform usage.
- Guide teachers in using digital learning resources, assessments, reports, and classroom tools.
- Promote effective adoption of technology-enabled teaching and learning practices.
- Provide first-level support for implementation-related technical issues.
Program Monitoring & Quality Assurance
- Monitor curriculum implementation across partner schools.
- Track teacher engagement, LMS usage, assessments, and program effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze feedback from teachers and school leadership.
- Identify implementation gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare implementation reports, training reports, and academic progress updates.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Information Science, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related disciplines) or an equivalent qualification.
- Candidates from other disciplines with relevant experience in Coding, STEM Education, Robotics, AI, or Teacher Training are also encouraged to apply.
Must Have Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in EdTech, STEM education, teacher training, academic implementation, or K–12 school programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and working with educators.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Good knowledge of Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Scratch or other block-based programming platforms.
- Practical knowledge of Arduino programming, embedded systems, sensors, actuators, and basic electronics.
- Good understanding of Coding, Computer Science, STEM education, Robotics, Computational Thinking, Design Thinking, and Project-Based Learning.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital classroom platforms.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Canva AI, and similar AI-powered tools for lesson planning, assessments, coding assistance, content creation, and classroom productivity.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple schools, stakeholders, and implementation timelines.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned region.
Preferred Skills
- Experience conducting teacher training programs and workshops.
- Experience implementing Coding, STEM, Robotics, AI, or Computer Science curricula in schools.
- Knowledge of IoT, educational robotics, maker education, and innovation labs.
- Experience with Arduino IDE, Python IDEs, and educational coding platforms.
- Exposure to MIT App Inventor, micro:bit, or similar educational technologies.
- Experience working with K–12 schools, teachers, school leaders, or academic institutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and networking issues during school visits.
