Full job description

Sales Associate – Real Estate

Experience Required - 0–5 Years — Freshers and experienced candidates both are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, references, and digital platforms.
Understand client requirements (budget, location, property type) and suggest suitable options.
Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective buyers/investors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor projects.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
Ensure a smooth, transparent, and professional experience for every client from inquiry to closure.
