Job Title: Production Trainee

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our Production team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process of home automation products, including assembly, testing, inspection, and production activities while maintaining quality standards.
Perform assembly and integration of home automation products as per production guidelines.
Conduct basic functional testing of electronic products and identify issues.
Assist in PCB assembly, wiring, and component fitting activities.
Perform visual inspection and quality checks during production.
Follow work instructions, production plans, and standard operating procedures.
Maintain production records, test reports, and documentation.
Support troubleshooting of basic product-related issues.
Ensure proper handling of electronic components and products.
Follow safety guidelines, ESD practices, and workplace discipline.
Coordinate with production engineers and team members to meet daily targets.
Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical concepts.
Understanding of electronic components and circuits.
Ability to perform assembly and testing activities.
Good observation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
ITI (Electronics/Electrical)
Diploma in ECE, EEE, Electrical, or related fields
B.E/B.Tech (ECE/EEE/Electrical) freshers can apply
Basic knowledge of PCB handling and soldering.
Experience with electronic testing tools (Multimeter, Power Supply).
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards.
Production floor environment.
Hands-on work with electronic products.
