Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across multiple departments, from entry-level to senior leadership positions. This individual will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent, contributing significantly to the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of recruiting best practices, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job requisition creation, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing requirements, develop accurate job descriptions, and provide expert guidance on market trends and recruitment strategies.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, social media, and internal databases, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
Negotiate complex offers, ensuring competitive compensation packages and successful candidate closures.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, candidate quality) to identify areas for improvement and report on progress to leadership.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
Stay current with industry trends, employment legislation, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Actively participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.
