Full job description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Receptionist cum Office Administrator to manage front desk operations while providing administrative and office management support. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
Collecting clients feedback through calls and mails
Manage visitor logs and maintain office security protocols
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organised office area
Manage the housekeeping assistant and make sure office should be clean.
Schedule meetings and manage conference room bookings
Provide administrative support to management and staff
Maintain office records, files, and documentation
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when required
Coordinate with vendors and service providers
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Assist with travel arrangements and event coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Proven experience as a Receptionist, Office Administrator, or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong time-management skills

Job Type: Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
