Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who can transform client requirements into practical and aesthetically pleasing designs while ensuring a smooth customer journey from consultation to execution.
The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, technical knowledge, excellent communication, and a willingness to contribute beyond traditional design responsibilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction
- Meet prospective clients at the experience centre and on-site.
- Understand lifestyle, functional requirements, and budget.
- Conduct design consultations.
- Present concepts confidently.
- Build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
Design Development
- Space Planning

Drawings
Prepare detailed drawings including:
- Floor Plans
- Furniture Layouts
- Electrical Layouts

- Modular Production Drawings
3D Visualization
- Develop realistic 3D designs.
- Create walkthrough presentations.
- Present designs professionally.
- Revise designs based on client feedback.

- Ensure designs are executed accurately.
Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with:
- Factory
- Carpenters
- Electricians
- Plumbers
- Painters
- False Ceiling Teams
- Stone Vendors
- Glass Vendors
Startup Responsibilities
Since we are a startup, designers are expected to contribute beyond designing.
Examples include:
- Assisting with experience centre setup
- Preparing sample displays
- Maintaining material library
- Creating mood boards
- Supporting social media content
- Attending exhibitions and events
- Coordinating photoshoots after project completion
- Maintaining design documentation
- Suggesting process improvements
