ABOUT REDIAL
ReDial Clinic is a doctor-led metabolic reversal clinic based in Green Park Extension, New Delhi, founded by Dr. Gagandeep Singh. We don't manage Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and obesity — we reverse them, in 3 to 6 months, through an integrated Doctor + Health Coach care model that treats insulin resistance as the root cause, not the symptom. The clinical work is genuinely compelling. As we scale patient acquisition and our content presence, we're building a small, high-ownership team to match.
THE ROLE
We're looking for an A-plus growth marketer with real go-to-market vision — someone who sees organic, performance, and AI-driven channels not as separate checkboxes but as levers toward one outcome: sustainable, compounding growth. This isn't a channel-execution role. It's a role for someone who understands why organic visibility and brand-building matter commercially, who can weigh a rupee spent on paid against a rupee invested in organic, and who makes those calls with real business judgment, not channel bias.
We need someone who has actually led growth before and can prove it — ideally across multiple brands or agencies, with real exposure to taking a startup or D2C brand to exponential, not incremental, outcomes through digital platforms, with SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and performance marketing all working together as levers in that growth story, not siloed specialties. Healthcare or a closely adjacent domain is mandatory here, because the judgment calls this role makes only work if you understand the category, not just the channels. This is an on-site role — not remote.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Growth Strategy & Go-to-Market
Own the overall growth strategy — organic, performance, and AI-driven channels — as one connected system aimed at business outcomes, not isolated channel metrics.
Bring a go-to-market perspective to every decision: what earns attention, what converts, and what's worth the spend.
Use AI as a core part of how you think and work — for research, strategy, and decision-making, not just execution.
Funnel & Revenue Ownership
Own the patient acquisition funnel end-to-end, from first touch to consultation to sale.
Partner with the sales and CRM teams to close the loop between marketing spend and revenue.
Make channel trade-offs based on business economics — what actually grows the brand and the business, not just what's easiest to measure.
Performance & Experimentation
Plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google as one part of a broader growth mix.
Build and maintain a dashboard connecting marketing activity — organic and paid — to downstream conversion and revenue.
Run structured experiments across channels and formats, and scale what actually moves the business forward.

WHAT WE REQUIRE
Non-Negotiable
Total work experience of 5+ years, including 2+ years in healthcare or a closely adjacent domain —mandatory, not preferred.
Proven, provable record of leading growth for startups or D2C brands to exponential, not incremental, outcomes — ideally across multiple brands or agencies.
Real go-to-market vision — able to connect organic, performance, and AI-driven channels into one coherent growth strategy, not run them as separate workstreams.
Strong business sense — able to weigh channel trade-offs based on commercial outcome and brand economics, not channel preference.
AI fluency as a baseline — used to sharpen strategy and decision-making, not just as a productivity shortcut.
Hands-on experience running campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Sharp, logical, and analytical approach to problem-solving — comfortable with numbers.
Immediate availability — this is an on-site, full-time role, not remote.
Strong Advantage
Experience across multiple brands or agencies, with exposure to good brands and real startup growth work.
Experience with CRM and funnel analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Kylas, GA4).
Familiarity with emerging discovery surfaces beyond traditional search — including how AI-driven answer engines are changing how people find brands.
PROOF OF WORK & PORTFOLIO — MANDATORY
Share one or two case studies of brands or campaigns you've grown, including spend, CPL / CAC, and outcome — ideally showing exponential, not incremental, growth. This is required at the screening stage: we want to see how you think about growth holistically, not just the channels you've used.
