Role Overview

We are looking for a highly result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with

proven experience in Google Ads (PPC/CPC), AI-powered marketing tools, lead

generation, conversion optimization, and revenue growth strategies.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with EdTech, professional

certification providers, online learning platforms, or SaaS companies and must have a

strong track record of generating qualified leads and improving marketing ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max,

YouTube, Remarketing).

Drive high-quality lead generation while maintaining target CPL (Cost Per Lead) and

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

Develop and manage PPC/CPC strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve campaign performance and

lead quality.

Manage keyword research, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and

competitor analysis.

Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Implement and monitor tracking through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager,

Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and CRM integrations.

Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns across Google and social platforms.
Collaborate with sales and content teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion

rates.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear revenue attribution.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Performance Marketing.
Experience managing monthly ad budgets More than ₹50 Lakhs+.
Strong expertise in:

✓ Display Ads

✓ Remarketing Campaigns

Experience with AI-driven marketing tools such as:

✓ Marketing Automation Platforms

Proven experience generating leads and revenue for EdTech or Online Learning

businesses.

Strong understanding of funnel optimization and lead nurturing.
Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions.
