Description & Role Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Automation Operations Engineer, who will develop, and scale automation solutions across enterprise business processes. This role blends RPA, AI-driven automation, and emerging Agentic AI capabilities to drive operational efficiency and innovation.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, and cross-functional IT teams to deliver end-to-end automation solutions, leveraging platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Robocorp, Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Intelligent Automation Delivery
- Support, develop, test, and deploy scalable automation solutions across business processes
Implement full automation lifecycle: discovery design development deployment- support
- Leverage RPA, AI Automation, and Agentic AI frameworks to improve business outcomes
Build reusable automation components and frameworks

- Develop and Support AI-powered automation solutions using:

Technical Development
- Support on Automation solutions using:

Manage production bots and ensure reliability
