About Us
Vella Nova Perfumes is a fast-growing fragrance and lifestyle brand dedicated to creating premium fragrances and exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong visual storytelling skills and basic to intermediate video editing experience to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Design engaging creatives for social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and paid advertisements (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and display ads).
Create Amazon A+ Content, product listing images, storefront creatives, and e-commerce banners.
Design product packaging, labels, brochures, catalogs, flyers, and other print marketing materials.
Create website banners, landing page graphics, email marketing creatives, and promotional assets.
Edit, retouch, and enhance product and lifestyle images for marketing campaigns.
Create and edit short-form videos and motion graphics for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Add transitions, text animations, background music, captions, and visual effects to promotional videos.
Collaborate with the marketing, branding, content, and performance marketing teams to develop compelling visual campaigns.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print assets.
Manage multiple creative projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, packaging design, digital advertisements, and video editing work.
Proficiency in:
Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesign
Experience with:

Adobe Premiere ProAdobe After Effects (preferred)FigmaCanva

Strong understanding of typography, branding, layout design, color theory, and visual storytelling.
Experience creating static and video creatives for social media and digital marketing.
Knowledge of print production and packaging design.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with excellent communication and time-management skills.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
Experience in the Beauty, Cosmetics, Fragrance, Fashion, Luxury, Lifestyle, FMCG, or D2C industry is preferred.
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar tools is an added advantage.
