Sales Executive (Solar Energy)

Location: Guwahati (Field Sales)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives (Based on Performance)

We are a government-registered solar energy company specializing in the installation and maintenance of residential, commercial, and industrial solar power systems. Our mission is to help customers reduce electricity costs while promoting clean and sustainable energy.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to promote our solar solutions and generate new business. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting customers, explaining the benefits of solar energy, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Meet residential and commercial customers to understand their energy requirements.
Explain the benefits, features, and savings of rooftop solar systems.
Conduct site visits with technical team when required.
Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Update daily sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM or reporting system.
Coordinate with the installation team for smooth project execution.
Attend exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns when required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1-3 years of sales experience (Solar, Electrical, Construction, Insurance, Banking, or Real Estate sales preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication and strong sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and smartphone applications.
Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
