Job Description
Responsibilities Lead large-scale software programs end-to-end, including consulting, strategy, execution, and business development. Define and implement process frameworks to drive operational excellence across the Banking & Capital Markets (BCM) vertical. Oversee project scoping, estimation, resource planning, scheduling, and quality management for complex engagements. Partner closely with business development, client stakeholders, and internal engineering teams to ensure alignment of solutions with client needs. Gather and analyze business requirements to design scalable, technology-driven solutions. Provide thought leadership by driving innovation, digital transformation, and best practices within BCM operations. Manage large delivery teams, ensuring seamless execution and on-time delivery of client commitments. Build and maintain strategic client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives
