Responsible for managing and growing large strategic accounts in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sectors through consultative selling of chemistry solutions and related products to B2B customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in pharma and biopharma accounts.
Apply consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Manage complex sales cycles, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM data integrity.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Achieve Monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Increase account penetration
Maintain customer satisfaction score >90%.
Ensure pipeline coverage of at least 3x target.
Drive cross-selling and portfolio adoption across accounts.
Growth of New Product

Travel Requirements:

Up to 80% travel required (covering entire Gujarat and some parts of Madhya Pradesh) for customer visits, field engagement, and industry events.
Ability to work independently while traveling and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology (MBA preferred).
Proven experience managing large accounts in pharma/biopharma industry.
Strong knowledge of chemistry solutions and life sciences applications.
Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience with consultative approach
