We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Owner / Technical Business Analyst to drive the successful delivery of AI-enabled digital products. The ideal candidate will bridge business and engineering teams by translating product vision into actionable user stories, managing product backlogs, coordinating Agile delivery, and ensuring seamless API integrations.
This role requires strong expertise in Agile product delivery, REST APIs, AI/LLM integrations, Azure ecosystem, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate should possess excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills while maintaining ownership of end-to-end product execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership & Agile Delivery
- Understand the product vision, business objectives, and feature roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define product priorities and delivery plans.
- Write clear, detailed, and testable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Maintain, refine, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
- Validate completed features against business requirements, user expectations, AI performance, and technical quality standards.
- Balance feature development, AI enhancements, technical debt, and defect resolution while maintaining delivery velocity.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Monitor sprint progress and proactively identify delivery risks.
Technical Program Management
- Coordinate release planning with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Release Management teams.
- Track project dependencies across multiple teams and resolve delivery blockers.
- Monitor Agile metrics including Velocity, Burndown, Throughput, Cycle Time, and Release Predictability.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and self-organizing Agile environment.
- Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
API & Integration Management
- Review API specifications and contracts.
- Validate REST API request/response flows.
- Understand authentication mechanisms including OAuth.
- Troubleshoot API integration issues using tools like Postman, Swagger, and Insomnia.
- Coordinate API versioning and service integration across multiple systems.
- Understand event-driven architecture and dependency mapping.
AI & LLM Integration
- Work closely with AI engineering teams to support AI-enabled product development.
- Understand integration patterns for Large Language Models (LLMs) including:
- OpenAI
- Azure OpenAI
- Anthropic
- Llama
- Understand prompt flows, model APIs, safety considerations, and AI performance validation.
- Support AI feature delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Data Analysis & System Understanding
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to troubleshoot product issues.
- Interpret logs, RAG retrieval traces, and AI response patterns.
- Understand SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Review data models, schema mapping, and metadata requirements.
- Understand data freshness, ingestion pipelines, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Scrum Product Owner.
- Experience working with AI-powered products and enterprise integration projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development lifecycle.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Data teams.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application architectures and modern API ecosystems.
