Job Summary
The Senior Technical Lead in SAP ABAP is pivotal in driving complex projects by managing technology and providing expert technical guidance. This role emphasizes enhancing the development team's capabilities, ensuring quality delivery, and collaborating with stakeholders to align project objectives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance By Implementing Best Practices And Coding Standards In Sap Abap, Ooabap, And Abap For S/4Hana, Enhancing The Team'S Development Capabilities And Productivity.
2. Conduct In-Depth Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes For Sap Applications, Ensuring Performance Optimization And Adherence To Sap Development Standards For Successful Project Delivery.
3. Ensure Compliance With Processes In Sap Modules, Participating As A Technical Consultant In Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Associated Risks While Supporting Architecture Best Practices.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Presenting Status Reports To Minimize Risks And Manage Escalations Effectively.
Skill Requirements

Must be expert in OOP ABAP,ABAP Webdynpro, FPM applications, Adobe / Smart Forms, IDOCs, XMLs, SOAMANAGER / proxies, BADI and Enhancements , Debugging.
Strong Implementation experience in S4 HANA Skills like CDS, ODATA services.
Should have implementation experience in all RICEFW objects
Good to have exposure to SAP ABAP HR , Info types, Logical database, enhancement on Info types.

1. Advanced Proficiency In Sap Abap, Ooabap, And Abap For S/4Hana.
2. Strong Understanding Of Sap Ui/Ux Principles And Implementation.
3. Solid Knowledge Of Software Development Life Cycle (Sdlc) Methodologies.
4. Familiarity With Performance Tuning And Optimization Techniques In Sap Environments.

ABAP Webdynpro
ABAP HR
SAP PPM Technical ( Project Portfolio Management)

Good to have:

Certification in ABAP S4 HANA
Certification in PPM

1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Sap Certified Development Associate Sap Abap With Sap Netweaver Or Equivalent.
2. Familiarity With Agile Methodologies And Project Management Frameworks Is Advantageous.
