Full job description

We are seeking a Flutter Developer & Mentor to develop Flutter-based applications and mentor software development interns and students. This role involves hands-on development along with guiding learners through real-world projects, coding best practices, and industry-relevant skills.

Experience Required:

6 months to 2 years of experience in Flutter development
Freshers with relevant internship experience and strong Flutter/Dart knowledge are welcome

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter
Mentor software development interns and students
Conduct training sessions, code reviews, and technical guidance
Guide interns on Flutter, Dart, and app architecture
Support project-based learning and skill development

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart
Good communication and mentoring skills
Ability to work in a collaborative environment

Preferred:

Prior experience mentoring interns or students
Familiarity with Firebase, REST APIs, and state management
Candidates from Kerala & Tamil Nadu preferred
