About Us

Advanzala Infotech Private Limited is a fast-growing cloud communication company providing solutions such as WhatsApp Business API, AI Chatbots, IVR Systems, Toll-Free Numbers, Bulk SMS, Voice Broadcasting, and CRM Integrations. We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive who enjoys solving customer problems and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for:

Handling customer support queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and support tickets.
Understanding customer issues and providing timely resolutions.
Connecting with customers via Google Meet, AnyDesk, or remote desktop tools to troubleshoot technical issues.
Coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors for service activations, issue resolution, and escalations.
Raising and tracking support tickets until closure.
Following up proactively with customers regarding pending issues.
Making renewal reminder calls and ensuring customers renew their subscriptions before expiry.
Assisting customers with billing, invoices, payment confirmations, and account-related queries.
Collecting customer feedback after issue resolution and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Identifying recurring issues and suggesting process improvements.
Escalating critical issues to senior technical teams when required.
Ensuring every customer receives prompt, professional, and courteous support.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi.
Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Comfortable using Google Meet, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or similar remote support tools.
Good understanding of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Positive attitude, patience, and empathy while dealing with customers.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Technical Support, Customer Success, or Telecalling.
Experience in SaaS, IT, Telecom, Cloud Communication, CRM, WhatsApp Business API, or Software Support will be an added advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
