Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to support our day-to-day Human Resources, Recruitment, and Property Management operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating multiple activities, and building strong organizational skills in a fast-paced work environment.

As an intern, you'll gain hands-on exposure to recruitment, office administration, property coordination, vendor management, and employee operations while working closely with the HR team.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding documentation for new hires.

Property Management & Administration

Assist in identifying and coordinating commercial property requirements based on business needs.
Maintain property databases, lease records, and documentation.
Coordinate with property owners, brokers, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
Schedule property visits and maintain visit records.
Support documentation related to lease agreements and property files.
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, repairs, and facility requirements.
Track office assets and inventory.
Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and clients whenever required.

HR Operations

Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in onboarding and induction activities.
Update attendance, leave, and employee information.
Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS using Excel or Google Sheets.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

Required Skills

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.
Willingness to travel locally for property visits when required.

Preferred Skills

Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Interest in HR Operations and Property Management.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other hiring platforms is an advantage.
