Job Overview:

The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing and Business Development teams in executing brand activation campaigns, market research, and client engagement activities. The role offers hands-on exposure to BTL marketing, campaign planning, content creation, event coordination, and market analysis. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to gain practical experience in marketing operations while contributing to the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Market Research & Analysis

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Gather and analyze customer insights to support marketing strategies and campaign planning.
Prepare research reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Brand Activation & Events

Support the planning and execution of BTL activations, promotional campaigns, and corporate events.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Assist in maintaining event documentation and campaign records.

Marketing Collateral & Presentations

Help prepare client presentations, marketing proposals, and promotional materials.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Support the team in creating visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint and other design tools.

Coordination & Administrative Support

Coordinate with Business Development, Operations, and Creative teams for ongoing projects.
Maintain marketing databases, campaign trackers, and documentation.
Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Specific Skills:

Education Level: Pursuing or recently completed Graduation/Post Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Area of Interest: Marketing, Brand Activation, Digital Marketing, Events, Advertising, or Media.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or digital marketing tools will be an added advantage.
Key Skills: Creative thinking, willingness to learn, research skills, presentation skills, time management, teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
