About Fawrit

Fawrit is a technology-driven startup building digital products and operational systems for the quick-commerce industry. We are looking for a proactive and organised Project Management Intern to support the planning and execution of our technology, product, and business initiatives.

About the Role

As a Project Management Intern, you will work closely with the founders, product team, developers, designers, and operations team to help projects move forward on time.

You will assist with task planning, progress tracking, documentation, team coordination, meetings, and follow-ups. This role is suitable for someone who is organised, communicates clearly, takes ownership, and wants practical experience managing real startup projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating product, technology, and operational projects.
Break project requirements into clear tasks, milestones, and timelines.
Track tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and project progress.
Follow up with team members and ensure assigned work is moving forward.
Organise daily stand-ups, project meetings, and review meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action items, and follow-up summaries.
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports.
Coordinate between developers, designers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Identify delays, blockers, risks, and missing requirements and escalate them promptly.
Assist with sprint planning, backlog organisation, and task prioritisation.
Verify that completed work meets the agreed requirements before closure.
Support the founders and project leads with research, reporting, and execution.
Help improve internal processes, communication, and project-management practices.

Skills Required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organisation, planning, and time-management abilities.
Ability to follow up consistently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of project-management concepts such as tasks, milestones, deadlines, dependencies, and risks.
Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets, or similar tools.
Good written and spoken English.

Preferred Qualifications

Students or recent graduates in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Interest in technology products, mobile applications, web platforms, startups, or quick commerce.
Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, software development, or product development is an advantage.
Previous experience coordinating college projects, events, internships, clubs, or team activities is an advantage.
Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for project tracking and reporting.
