UI/UX & Figma Designer (Full-Time)

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX & Figma Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications. You should have a strong understanding of user experience principles and be proficient in creating high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems using Figma.

Key Responsibilities

Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Maintain and update design systems and reusable UI components.
Conduct user research and implement UX best practices.
Ensure responsive and consistent designs across multiple devices.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and industry best practices.

Eligibility

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a all graduate (preferred but not mandatory).
Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
0–3 years of experience in UI/UX design.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Figma.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Understanding of responsive and adaptive design.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to create design systems and reusable components.
Familiarity with Material Design and Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and mobile app development concepts (preferred).
Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Practical use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Figma AI, or similar) to improve design productivity.

Preferred Skills

Experience designing Android, iOS, and web applications.
Knowledge of design handoff tools and developer collaboration.
Portfolio showcasing mobile and web UI/UX projects.
Familiarity with animation and micro-interactions.
