About The Job

Position Title: Product Marketing Strategist (Title shall depends upon the competencies & experience)

Role Overview

As a Senior Manager/ Asst. Director - Product Marketing Strategist, you will lead product marketing initiatives across new and existing products. Your shall drive the product positioning, product/sales pitch and content strategy around the same. You’ll provide GTM support, create compelling messaging, support sales enablement, conduct market research, and support campaigns that generate qualified leads and elevate brand visibility. He/ she shall be driving competitive intelligence (direct and indirect).

This role requires close collaboration across leadership and cross-functional teams.

Product Positioning, Portfolio Strategy & Commercialization

Own the strategic positioning, messaging architecture, and commercialization strategy for Doceree's product portfolio
Define differentiated value propositions and market narratives that align product capabilities with customer needs, industry trends, and business objectives.
Own marketing strategy for new/ existing product launches, feature releases, market expansions, and strategic initiatives.
Develop product adoption frameworks and growth strategies to accelerate market penetration, customer acquisition, and revenue impact
Serve as the strategic bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure alignment on product vision, customer value, and market opportunities.

Market Intelligence, Customer Insights & Strategic Research

Lead primary and secondary market research initiatives to identify emerging market opportunities, customer needs, competitive threats, and whitespace opportunities.
Develop deep understanding of healthcare, pharmaceutical, AdTech, and AI ecosystems to shape product strategy and market positioning.
Translate market intelligence, customer feedback, and industry trends into actionable recommendations for product roadmap, GTM priorities, and growth investments.
Build market opportunity assessments, segmentation frameworks, and strategic insights that support leadership decision-making.

Sales Enablement & Revenue Acceleration

Build strategic sales enablement programs that equip commercial teams with compelling narratives, competitive differentiation, customer insights, and value-selling frameworks.
Develop and maintain executive-level sales assets including strategic pitch narratives, solution playbooks, battlecards, product decks, customer success stories, and objection-handling frameworks.
Partner with Sales Leadership to identify adoption barriers, improve win rates, and strengthen product-market fit across customer segments.
Ensure product messaging remains consistent and competitive across all customer-facing touchpoints.

Competitive Strategy & Market Leadership

Establish a formal competitive intelligence function that tracks competitor positioning, pricing models, product evolution, partnerships, acquisitions, and GTM strategies.
Develop strategic response frameworks and differentiation strategies to strengthen Doceree's market leadership.
Identify category creation opportunities, emerging industry narratives, and market whitespace that can drive long-term competitive advantage.
Regularly brief leadership and commercial teams on market dynamics, risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Strategic Influence

Lead cross-functional planning and alignment across Product, Sales, Growth, Customer Success, PR, and Executive Leadership teams.
Drive strategic discussions around market expansion, customer acquisition, product adoption, and portfolio growth.
Support and contribute to GTM operating rhythms, business reviews, and performance dashboards to provide leadership visibility into product marketing effectiveness.
Champion a data-driven culture by sharing insights, frameworks, best practices, and strategic recommendations that improve business outcomes.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in healthtech, martech, or SaaS environments.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with an ability to translate complex products into simple, compelling messages.
Strong experience with sales enablement and B2B marketing materials.
Good experience in leading cross-functional collaboration and with leadership team.
Experience in market research and competitive analysis.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, global team.
