We are looking for a highly creative and camera-confident Video Content Creator who can conceptualize, shoot, and create engaging short-form and long-form content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate understands social media trends, storytelling, and audience psychology, and can turn ideas into compelling visual content that drives engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Production

Conceptualize, plan, and create engaging video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
Shoot high-quality videos using smartphones, cameras, and studio equipment while maintaining brand aesthetics and consistency.
Collaborate with the strategy and creative teams to execute scripts, storyboards, and campaign ideas effectively.
Create platform-specific content optimized for audience engagement and retention.
Stay updated with trending formats, audio, transitions, and social media challenges to create viral-ready content.

2. Creative Storytelling & Brand Alignment

Develop compelling storytelling approaches that align with client objectives and brand identity.
Present ideas creatively through hooks, transitions, visuals, and on-camera delivery.
Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone, messaging, and campaign goals.
Research competitor content and industry trends to identify fresh creative opportunities.

3. Collaboration & Project Management

Coordinate closely with video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters to ensure smooth content execution.
Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and campaign calendars.
Organize raw footage, scripts, and content assets for efficient workflow and future use.
Participate in brainstorming and quarterly planning sessions for campaign ideation and content strategy.

Requirements

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media video production, or influencer-style content creation (Agency experience is a plus).
On-Camera Presence: Comfortable appearing in videos and creating engaging, audience-friendly content.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with video shooting equipment, lighting setups, and basic editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
Creative Mindset: Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual aesthetics, and audience engagement techniques.
Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of social media trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithms.
Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, strategy, and marketing teams.
Adaptability: Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
