Managing Director / CEO / Director

Job Summary

The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior management. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence, responding where appropriate.
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
Handle confidential documents and sensitive business information with discretion.
Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Liaise with clients, vendors, government authorities, and business partners.
Maintain records, files, contracts, and important business documents.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, presentations, and business reviews.
Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, visas, and expense reports.
Manage office communication and ensure efficient information flow.

Experience

2–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Ad supporting senior leadership.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
