Job Title : Project Coordinator Intern

From branding and website development to business automation, AI-powered solutions, and digital marketing, we help businesses build, scale, and grow through innovative and practical solutions.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to support the Director in coordinating projects and managing day-to-day operations across project delivery, office administration, client handling, and sales & marketing.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to international client communication, project coordination, business operations, and professional documentation, providing valuable real-world experience with a clear pathway to a full-time role upon successful completion of the 3-month internship.

This is an on-site role, where the team collaborates throughout the workday via Zoom with screen sharing to ensure seamless communication and real-time coordination with the Director,team members, and global clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Assist the Director with daily tasks and cross-departmental coordination

● Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking client projects

● Maintain timelines, trackers, and documentation (briefs, proposals, change requests)

● Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams

● Support sales and marketing activities — outreach, proposal prep, follow-ups

● Handle day-to-day office administration — correspondence, filing, vendor coordination

● Support basic HR tasks (attendance, onboarding) as needed

Skills Needed

● Good written and verbal communication (English)

● Confident presentation skills and a professional presence on client video calls (Zoom)

● Comfortable with Excel, Word/Docs, Google Drive, and general documentation tools

● Good typing speed and accuracy

● Basic computer literacy (email, internet research, everyday office tools)

● Good attention to detail

● Strong time management and multitasking ability

● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

● Problem-solving and interpersonal skills

● Willingness to learn digital skills (design, technology, automation)

● Organized, proactive, and dependable

Qualifications

● Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

● Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent) or Diploma in Business

Administration/Office Management — recent graduates welcome.

● Certification in MS Office, digital marketing, or project management basics is a plus, not

required

● Immediate joiners preferred

Nice to Have

● Prior internship experience in an agency or consulting environment

● Familiarity with design tools (e.g.,saas tools, website builders, graphic design, or UI

design platforms )
