SEO Executive – Job Description

Position: SEO Executive
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Noida / Greater Noida

About the Role

Brandrizeup is looking for a results-driven SEO Executive who has practical knowledge of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, Website Content Optimization, and SEO Content Strategy. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, organic rankings, traffic, and overall search performance across multiple client websites.

Key Responsibilities1. On-Page SEO

Perform keyword research and identify primary, secondary, and long-tail keywords.
Optimize website titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and content.
Optimize service pages, landing pages, location pages, and blog content.
Implement proper internal linking strategies.
Optimize images, ALT tags, anchor texts, and content structure.
Identify keyword gaps and opportunities for existing pages.
Conduct regular On-Page SEO audits and implement recommendations.

2. Off-Page SEO

Build high-quality and relevant backlinks through ethical SEO practices.
Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify link-building opportunities.
Manage guest posting, business listings, citations, social bookmarking, and relevant outreach activities.
Maintain backlink tracking sheets and monitor backlink quality.
Identify toxic or low-quality backlinks and report them when required.
Focus on improving website authority and relevant referral traffic.

3. Technical SEO

Conduct basic technical SEO audits.
Identify and report issues related to broken links, crawlability, indexing, redirects, duplicate content, and canonical tags.
Check XML sitemaps and robots.txt.
Monitor website indexing and coverage issues through Google Search Console.
Identify Core Web Vitals and page-speed-related issues.
Check mobile-friendliness and basic website structure.
Coordinate with the development team for technical SEO fixes.

4. Website Content & SEO Content

Plan and optimize SEO-friendly website content.
Create content briefs based on keyword research and search intent.
Review website content for keyword placement, readability, relevance, and SEO structure.
Coordinate with content writers for blogs, service pages, landing pages, and location pages.
Ensure content follows proper heading structure and search intent.
Identify outdated content and recommend content updates.
Understand basic content optimization for Google rankings and user experience.

5. Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis

Conduct keyword research using relevant SEO tools.
Analyze search volume, competition, search intent, and keyword relevance.
Perform competitor SEO analysis.
Identify competitor keywords, backlinks, content gaps, and ranking opportunities.
Prepare keyword mapping for website pages.

6. SEO Reporting & Monitoring

Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
Use Google Search Console and Google Analytics for performance analysis.
Prepare weekly/monthly SEO reports.
Track SEO tasks and completed activities.
Analyze ranking drops and traffic fluctuations and suggest corrective actions.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Technical SEO.
Good knowledge of SEO content writing and content optimization.
Understanding of keyword research and search intent.
Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Basic understanding of HTML and website structure.
Knowledge of backlink building and competitor analysis.
Good understanding of internal linking and website content architecture.
Ability to work on multiple websites/projects simultaneously.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written communication skills.

Experience with tools such as:

Google Search Console
Google Analytics
Google Keyword Planner
Ahrefs
SEMrush
Ubersuggest
Screaming Frog
Google Trends

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
1–3 years of practical SEO experience preferred.
Candidates with strong practical SEO knowledge and relevant internship experience may also be considered.
