Social Media & Creative Lead (AI Content & Motion Design)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative, execution-focused Social Media & Creative Lead who can own our entire social media presence from strategy to execution.

This is not a traditional social media management role. We are looking for someone who thinks like a marketer, designs like a creative, edits like a storyteller, and leverages AI to produce high-quality content at scale.

If you enjoy building brands, experimenting with AI tools, creating viral content, and turning ideas into engaging visual stories, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Leadership

* Own the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.

* Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.

* Monitor trends and identify opportunities to create timely, engaging content.

* Track performance metrics and continuously optimize content based on insights.

Creative Design

* Design high-quality social media creatives, carousels, infographics, advertisements, and brand assets.

* Maintain a strong and consistent visual identity across all digital platforms.

* Work closely with internal teams to translate ideas into compelling visual communication.

Motion Graphics & Video Production

* Create engaging motion graphics, animated explainers, reels, and short-form videos.

* Edit videos with strong storytelling, pacing, captions, transitions, and sound design.

* Produce content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Meta platforms.

AI-Powered Content Creation

* Leverage AI tools to significantly improve creative output and speed.

* Generate AI-assisted videos, animations, voiceovers, and visual assets.

* Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and integrate them into the creative workflow.

* Experiment with new formats and automation to improve content performance.

Brand Building

* Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to build a recognizable and trusted brand.

* Brainstorm campaign ideas that increase engagement, reach, and conversions.

* Ensure all creative output reflects the company's positioning and values.

Required Skills

Must Have

* 3–6 years of experience in social media, creative design, or digital marketing.

* Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, graphics, reels, and motion design.

* Excellent graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.

* Strong motion design and video editing skills using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.

* Experience creating short-form content that performs well on social platforms.

* Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement.

AI Skills (Highly Preferred)

Experience with AI creative tools such as:

* ChatGPT

* Midjourney

* Runway

* Kling AI

* Veo

* Pika

* ElevenLabs

* Canva AI

* Adobe Firefly

* CapCut AI

* OpusClip

* Other emerging AI creative platforms

We value curiosity and experimentation. You don't need to know every tool, but you should be excited to learn and adopt new AI technologies.

* Can manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

* Brings ideas to the table rather than waiting for instructions.

Bonus Points

* Experience building a B2C or consumer-focused brand.

* Experience in healthcare, wellness, D2C, or consumer products.

* Experience working with influencers and UGC creators.

* Knowledge of Meta Ads and paid social creatives.

* Basic photography or videography skills.

Success in This Role

Within your first six months, you should be able to:

* Significantly improve our social media quality and consistency.

* Launch high-performing AI-driven video content.

* Build a recognizable visual identity across all channels.

* Increase engagement, reach, and community growth.
