About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to create engaging visual content for Bytez Corp and its diverse client portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, creativity, visual storytelling, and video editing.

You will work closely with the marketing, content, and creative teams to produce high-quality graphics, social media content, advertisements, reels, promotional videos, and branding materials for multiple clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

Design creative social media posts, posters, banners, advertisements, brochures, and marketing materials.
Create engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, websites, and other digital platforms.
Develop creative designs based on different client brand guidelines and requirements.
Create designs for digital marketing, lead-generation, promotional, and branding campaigns.
Maintain consistency in brand colours, typography, layouts, and visual identity.
Adapt designs into different sizes and formats for various platforms.
Create multiple creative concepts and design variations for campaigns.
Make revisions based on client and internal team feedback.

Video Editing

Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, and social media content.
Create engaging videos using footage, images, text, transitions, music, sound effects, and animations.
Edit videos according to different social media platform requirements and trends.
Create promotional and marketing videos for client campaigns.
Add captions, subtitles, motion graphics, logos, and other visual elements.
Select suitable music, footage, transitions, and effects to improve video engagement.
Develop creative video concepts in coordination with the marketing and content teams.
Repurpose existing content into reels, shorts, advertisements, and other formats.
Ensure all videos are visually appealing, properly formatted, and delivered within deadlines.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and Video Editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Good working knowledge of Canva.
Proficiency in at least one video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
Good understanding of typography, colour combinations, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Strong understanding of video editing, transitions, pacing, music, and storytelling.
Ability to create engaging social media graphics and short-form videos.
Good knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other social media formats.
Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
Ability to understand client requirements and convert ideas into creative visuals.
Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills – Not Mandatory

Previous experience in a digital marketing, branding, advertising, or creative agency.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
Experience creating video advertisements for Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Knowledge of basic photography and videography.
Experience creating thumbnails, promotional videos, reels, and campaign creatives.
Understanding of current social media trends and viral content formats.
Familiarity with AI-based design, image-generation, and video-editing tools.
Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates should have a portfolio of previous graphic design and video editing work.

The portfolio may include:

Social media creatives
Posters and advertisements
Branding projects
Instagram Reels
YouTube Shorts
Promotional videos
Motion graphics
Video advertisements
Other relevant creative work
